Rossana – Front Desk Administrator

Rossana is an experienced Front Desk Administrator with over 30 years in the dental field. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.

With her extensive experience and friendly, approachable nature, Rossana helps ensure that each patient’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish. She is dedicated to making patients feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for at every interaction.

Family is at the heart of Rossana’s life. She has been happily married for 21 years and is a proud hockey mom to her son.

Outside of the office, Rossana enjoys baking, staying active, and giving back to her community. She is especially passionate about advocating for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and has proudly participated in and volunteered with the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s for the past seven years.
